ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. These Terms of Use govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
Design N Print reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Use each time you access this Site.
COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS FOR LIMITED USE
This Site contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, and other information (referred to herein as “Content”). This Site and all Content are the copyrighted property of Design N Print, and/or its subsidiaries (referred to herein as “Design N Print”) or the copyrighted property of parties from whom Design N Print has licensed such property. All rights in this Site and its Content are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms of Use. Design N Print reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of Content at any time without prior notice.
USE OF SITE
You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through Design N Print (referred to herein as “Products”). No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. Obtaining Products from Design N Print does not entitle you to use any portion of Content apart from the finished printed Products as they are supplied to you by Design N Print.
You agree to use this Site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms of Use and with your local laws and regulations, including export and import regulations. Without limitation, no portion of Content may be utilized as a trademark or service mark, for any pornographic use, for any unlawful purpose or use, to defame any person, to violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity. You agree that you will not use the Site to produce Products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious or otherwise objectionable. Design N Print may terminate its service to customers found to be using Design N Print to engage in undesirable activities.
You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize Design N Print to print Products on your behalf.
You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED FILES
If you are providing your own artwork, it must be:
– Supplied at the correct trim size (mm)
– Supplied in CMYK
– All images resolution are 300dpi
– All file with 3mm of bleed on each edge
– Text based artwork 600dpi (image file)
– If the design contains fonts, all fonts are outlined
– Design elements kept within margin (away from the trim edge)
– Single page scrolling PDF (not spreads or paginated)
– Do not put any “guidelines” on the final print document
Additional fees will be incurred if we need to re-design any element of your design.
CUSTOM DESIGN
Custom Design can be completed at your request. All custom design concepts will be supplied to you in the form of proofs. Upon confirmation of proofs, all files will be held by Design N Print available for future reorders.
Once the Custom Design process has started, Design N Print will not refund based on change of mind.
PROOF & ACCEPTANCE
We will provide a final layout for final approval prior to printing. It is your responsibility to make sure all design elements and copy is correct, and there are no errors. There can be no changes once final proof is accepted. If changes are made post approval, additional charges may apply. We disclaim any liability for errors once the final layout has been approved by you.
COLOUR
We use a CMYK printer, and as such colours can vary from the computer screen. We will do our best to match colours however this is not always possible. We disclaim any liability for colour variations occurring because of our use of a CMYK printer.
PRODUCTS
The products provided on this website is for general information purposes and use only. Every endeavour is made to keep the product information complete and correct, however the customer is responsible for ensuring the product they purchase is suitable for their specific requirements. For personalised service and recommendations, please contact us via email. Please note any advice given by us will be based on the information provided at the time by the customer and therefore Design N Print will only be responsible for correct advice per that information, not the actual situation.
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour, texture and design, actual colours, texture and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Design N Print will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from Design N Print, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colours and textured finishes often vary between manufacturers.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ITEMS
• digital download items is for digital product only. No physical item will be shipped.
• Frames and matboards are not included.
• Due to differences in monitor and printer calibrations, colours may appear different in print than on screen.
• The final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used.
• Colours and contract may slightly vary depending on your monitor setting and printer used.
• No return or refund on digital items.
ARTWORK & DESIGN
The printing products do not include the design cost. After you placed an order, we will contact you about the design services required.
- All stock photos will be extra cost
- Logo redraw will be extra cost
- Customers need to supply their product photos, company logo & all company details
- Any design just 1 revision only, if you need more design, it will be extra cost
SHIPPING
Customer agrees that the shipping terms for all printed products are delivered by courier company.
Once we have posted your items, delivery times are typically the below (although this can vary depending no address or season)
- About 2-5 business days: most Sydney metropolitan areas.
- About 5-14 business days: regional and remote locations throughout Australia.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Design N Print and all parties from whom Design N Print has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that operation of the site may not be uninterrupted or error free. References and links to products or services of independent companies may appear on the site. These references and links are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
REPRINT POLICY
Please note, we only accept applications of reprint to customers who respond within 10 working days after the arrival of the products. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credits.

Please note: Design N Print accepts no responsibility for 1. Colour Variation (Due to the nature of the process involved Design N Print shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in colour. Any proof copies issued are not colour accurate and are issued for content checking only. Printed article colours may vary 10-20%). 2. Misinterpreting Customer’s Request (When approve the artwork proof please carefully check all the contents of your order to confirm the Quantity, Stock, Size, Additional Options, Correct artwork, Spelling etc…) .
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose your products carefully as we are unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges. We are also unable to refund any design work already started.
No return or refund on digital items.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Sometimes errors can happen. If any of the below happen, please get in touch with us. If your order is a custom order, please check your final proof before getting in touch. If the error is apparent on the final proof and it was approved, our returns policy does not apply.
– Incorrect size, shape or material
– Incorrect product
– Items missing
– Damaged or faulty product
To assist us with a speedy resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and damaged items for our inspection.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Design N Print accepts no responsibility for colour variation. Electronic copies supplied by the client are not used for colour reference or matching. CMYK colour process, every effort will be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction on customers work but due to the nature of the process involved Design N Print shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in colour. Pantone ink matches cannot be produced using the full colour process. Any proof copies issued are not colour accurate and are issued for content checking only. Printed article colours may vary 10-20%.
DELIVERY POLICY
The delivery times are after receiving final proof files. If you require a particular time frame for the order give us a call and we’ll attempt to meet it. Any estimate of delivery date for your order is made from the information available to us at the time. Circumstances beyond our control may change this date. Design N Print will not be held liable for any jobs that are delayed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Design N Print will cancel your order prior to printing/shipping. However, if your ordered item has been sent to the press then it cannot be cancelled / refunded. Orders may be cancellable during the various production stages but cancellation charges will apply. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges.
1) Orders are placed on-line / via email.
2) Orders are sent to the press.
3) Orders are collected by the shipping firm and shipped.
All orders are cancellable before stage 2. If an order is cancelled in stage 1, no cancellation charge will be applied. For orders cancelled in stage 2, a minimum of 50% of the total order amount is deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 3, it cannot be cancelled.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
- Buyers shall check goods within 48 hours of delivery, and advise the seller (Design N Print) if there are any defects within 72 hours.
- Buyers shall notify seller (Design N Print) and courier if they do not receive goods within 72 hours of notification of dispatch. Any claims must be in writing less than 5 days of delivery or within 7 days of notification of dispatch.
- If the goods are defective, the buyer shall promptly notify the seller (Design N Print) of such rejection in accordance with clause 1 and returns all goods to seller within 14 days of delivery.
- The seller (Design N Print) shall not be liable for any claims for damage, delay or loss of work in transit unless the buyer promptly notifies the seller in accordance with clause 2 and returns all such work to the seller within 14 days of delivery excluding non-delivery cases.
SITE FEEDBACK
Any comments, suggestions, proposals or other feedback (collectively “Feedback Information”) provided to Design N Print in connection with the operation or content of this Site shall be provided by the submitter and received by Design N Print on a non-confidential basis. All such comments, suggestions, and other information shall become the exclusive property of Design N Print. By submitting any such information to Design N Print, you agree that you are transferring and assigning, at no charge, all of your rights, title and interest in the information, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. You agree that Design N Print shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
